Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 1 message per scheduled appointment. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS appointment reminders is collected in person at our salon. During appointment booking, customers are presented with a consent disclosure on our touchscreen system and provide a digital signature to opt in. Customers who do not sign are not enrolled. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any service.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
